INOVASI HIJAU, DAYA SAING, DAN KINERJA KEUANGAN BISNIS ULTRA-MIKRO DAN MIKRO: MODERASI INTERNASIONALISASI
Abstract
Penelitian ini mengkaji hubungan antara inovasi hijau, daya saing, dan kinerja keuangan pada usaha kerajinan ultra-mikro dan mikro di Jawa Barat, Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan survei kuantitatif eksploratori, data dari 403 pemilik dan manajer usaha dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur, mencakup demografi dan variabel kunci yang dinilai dengan skala Likert. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan PLS-SEM melalui Smart-PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi hijau secara signifikan meningkatkan daya saing, meskipun tidak secara langsung memperbaiki kinerja keuangan. Daya saing memediasi hubungan antara inovasi hijau dan hasil keuangan, dengan internasionalisasi memperkuat efek ini. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan investasi dalam inovasi hijau dan internasionalisasi untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan keberhasilan keuangan. Wawasan ini sangat penting bagi pemilik usaha dan pembuat kebijakan untuk meningkatkan keberlanjutan dan daya saing di pasar global yang semakin kompetitif.
