Abstract

Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengetahui dan memahami mekanisme pelayanan HT-el dan mengetahui serta memahami hambatan apakah yang ditemui dalam pelayanan HT-el. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah jenis penelitian hukum empiris. Hasil penelitian adalah mekanisme pelayanan hak tanggungan secara elektronik secara spesifik diatur dalam Permen ATR/BPN No. 9 Tahun 2019 tentang Pelayanan Hak Tanggungan Terintegrasi Secara Elektronik. Hambatan yang ditemui adalah terjadi perbedaan peringkat karena tidak adanya menu peringkat, tidak ada menu untuk memasukkan dua sertifikat dan adanya keraguan pada lembar kedua apht.


The purpose of this research is to know and understand the mechanism of electronic mortgage service and to know and understand what obstacles are encountered in the electronic mortgage service. The research method used is a type of empirical legal research. The result of the research is that the mechanism for electronic mortgage services is specifically regulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Defense Agency Number 9 of 2019 concerning Electronically Integrated Mortgage Services. The obstacles encountered were that there was a difference in ranking because there was no ranking menu, there was no menu to enter two certificates and there were doubts on the second sheet of apht.
