LIBERALISASI INVESTASI DAN DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP KEDAULATAN EKONOMI NASIONAL

Abstract

Penulisan penelitian ini memiliki tujuan sebagai penyampaian kajian secara singkat terkait konsep demokrasi ekonomi berdasarkan Unndag- Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945 dan dengan liberalisasi ekonomi serta dampaknya terhadap kedaulatan ekonomi nasional. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode penelitian normative melalui pendekatan regulasi serta dengan melakukan pendekatan konsep. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa liberalisasi ekonomi walaupun banyak memiliki dampak positif, namun berpotensi mengancam kedaulatan rakyat. Segala macam peraturan yang dibentuk pemerintah, dianggap terlalu bergerak terhadap kapitalisme, sedangkan, di sisi lain, UUD 1945 memberikan ketentuan yang berbeda, yaitu antikapitalisme. Pemerintah harus mengkaji ulang segala macam kebijakan, agar nantinya apa yang telah di formulasikan oleh pendiri- pendiri bangsa tidak terus dikotomi dan merubah fundamental bangsa Indonesia.

The purpose of this research is to provide a brief overview of the concept of economic democracy based on the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia of 1945 and its relation to economic liberalization, as well as its impacts on national economic sovereignty. In this research, normative research methods were used through a regulatory approach and a conceptual approach. The research results show that although economic liberalization has many positive impacts, it has the potential to threaten people's sovereignty. All kinds of regulations established by the government are considered too moving towards capitalism, whereas, on the other hand, the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia provides different provisions, namely anti-capitalism. The government must review all kinds of policies, so that in the future what was formulated by the founding fathers of the nation does not continue to be a dichotomy and change the fundamentals of the Indonesian nation.
