ANALISIS PENGARUH FAKTOR JALAN DAN LALU LINTAS LOKAL SERTA FAKTOR MANUSIA TERHADAP PERILAKU PENGENDARA SEPEDA MOTOR PENDATANG DARI MANCANEGARA DI KAWASAN WISATA DI BALI

Abstract

Pengendara sepeda motor asing rentan terhadap risiko yang lebih besar daripada penduduk setempat di sebagian besar negara di dunia. Beberapa parameter risiko yang dapat diidentifikasi, seperti kurangnya pengetahuan tentang peraturan lalu lintas, keterampilan mengemudi yang tidak memadai, perbedaan musim, dan sikap umum terhadap keselamatan lalu lintas yang tercermin dalam perilaku mengemudi. Seiring dengan perkembangan pariwisata, jumlah pengendara sepeda motor asing juga meningkat. Oleh karena itu, langkah-langkah keamanan sangat penting untuk dilakukan. Dalam penelitian ini, akan diteliti pengaruh kondisi jalan dan lalu lintas lokal serta pengaruh faktor manusia terhadap perilaku pengendara sepeda motor pendatang dari mancanegara di sekitar kawasan pariwisata di Bali. Metode yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Kontribusi yang diharapkan adalah menemukan faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku pengendara sepeda motor asing. Hasilnya adalah variabel kondisi jalan dan lalu lintas lokal tidak mempengaruhi perilaku pengendara sepeda motor pendatang dari mancanegara dengan nilai P value 0.554. Sedangkan variable faktor manusia mempengaruhi perilaku pengendara sepeda motor pendatang dari mancanegara dengan nilai P value 0.002. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa perilaku pengendara sepeda motor asing di kawasan wisata di Bali sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor manusia, yaitu perilaku pengendara tersebut di negara asalnya. Tetapi tidak dipengaruhi oleh kondisi jalan maupun lalu lintas di kawasan wisata tersebut.
