ANALISIS SISTEM PENGADAAN BAHAN DAN PERALATAN PADA PROYEK KONTRUKSI JEMBATAN TUKAD PENET DI BADUNG BALI

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini dilakukan pada proyek pembangunan Jembatan Tukad Penet di Kabupaten Badung, Provinsi Bali, yang dikerjakan oleh kontraktor pelaksana PT. Nindya Karya (persero.Penilaian kinerja sistem dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 13 (tigabelas) orang karyawan PT. Nindya Karya (persero) sebagai responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode Statistik Deskriptif dengan Skala Guttman, dan metode Statistik Inferensia dengan Uji-t.Dari analisis yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil bahwa kinerja sistem pengadaan bahan dan peralatan pada proyek pembangunan Jembatan Tukad Penet adalah sebagai berikut: berdasarkan struktur organisasi yang memisahkan tanggung jawab fungsional secara tegas (untuk struktur organisasi nilai rata-rata skor yaitu 9,461 < 9,499 (nilai interval kelas), dan nilai to hitung yaitu 1,30126 < 1,782 (nilai t? tabel), jadi didapat hasil cukup memadai), sedangkan untuk dukumen pencatatan ( untuk dokumen pencatatan nilai rata-rata skor yaitu 12,538 > 11,5 (nilai interval kelas), dan nilai to hitung yaitu 5,1231 > 1,782 (nilai t? tabel), jadi didapat hasil memadai); berdasarkan sistem wewenang dan prosedur yang cukup memberikan perlindungan terhadap kekayaan perusahaan (nilai rata-rata skor yaitu 11,462 < 11,499 (nilai interval kelas), dan nilai to hitung yaitu 0,5078 < 1,782 (nilai t? tabel), jadi didapat hasil cukup memadai; dan berdasarkan praktek yang sehat didalam pelaksanaan tugas dan tanggung jawab serta mutu karyawan yang sesuai dengan tanggung jawabnya/otorisasinya (nilai rata-rata skor yaitu 14,307 > 11,5 (nilai interval kelas), dan nilai to hitung yaitu 7,0898 > 1,782 (nilai t? tabel), jadi didapat hasil memadai. Jadi sistem yang ada pada proyek pembangunan Jembatan Tukad Penet di badung Bali perlu ditingkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitasnya.

Abstrack: This research was conducted on the project construction of the Tukad Penet in Badung, Bali, undertaken by the contractors executing PT. Nindya Karya (persero.System performance assessment is carried out by the dissemination of questionnaires to 13 (thirteen) employees of PT. Nindya Karya (persero) as respondents. Analysis of the method used is Descriptive statistical methods with the scale and Guttman Inference statistical methods with Test-t. From analyses that have been performed, the obtained results that the performance of the system of procurement of materials and equipment at the project development Tukad Penet is as follows: based on the organizational structure that separates the functional responsibility expressly (for organizational structure the average value score i.e. 9,461 <  9,499 (the value of interval classes), and the value to calculate the 1,30126 < 1,782 (value of  t? tables), so to obtain adequate results), while for document recording (for document recording the average value score i.e. 12,538 >11,5 (the value of the interval class), and the value to calculate the 5,1231 >; 1,782 (value of t? tables), so to obtain adequate results); based on the system of authority and procedures that provide enough protection against the wealth of the company (the average rating score i.e. 11,462 < 11,499 (the value of interval classes), and the value to calculate the 0,5078 < 1,782 (value of t? tables), so to obtain adequate results; and based on a healthy practice in the execution of the duties and responsibilities as well as the quality of the employees in accordance with the responsibilities (the average value score i.e. 14,307 > 11,5 (the value of the interval class), and the value to calculate the 7,0898 >1,782 (value of t? tables), so to obtain adequate results.
