Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian dilakukan di jalan Brigjen Ngurah Rai Bangli sepanjang 200 meter depan SMKN 1 Bangli dan RSU Bangli. Dilakukan dalam empat skenario analisis hambatan samping yaitu hambatan samping gabungan, hambatan samping tanpa pengaruh aktivitas SMKN 1 Bangli, hambatan samping tanpa pengaruh aktivitas Rumah Sakit Umum Bangli, dan hambatan samping tanpa pengaruh kedua aktivitas. Analisis hambatan samping gabungan jam puncak pagi, ruas jalan yang diamati tergolong kelas hambatan samping Sangat Tinggi (VH), Kapasitas ruas jalan sebesar 1.689,90 smp/jam, Derajat kejenuhan sebesar 0,75. Sehingga, analisis hambatan samping tanpa pengaruh Rumah Sakit Umum Bangli, tanpa pengaruh aktivitas SMKN 1 BangliĀ  dan tanpa keduanya, ruas jalan yang diamati tergolong dalam kelas hambatan samping antara Tinggi (H) dan Rendah (L), Kapasitas ruas jalannya berkisar antara 1.813,55 sampai 1.999,03 smp/jam atau dampaknya sebesar 7,32% sampai 18,29 % dari kapasitas aktivitas gabungan, Derajat kejenuhan berkisar antara 0,70 dan 0,63 atau dampaknya berkisar antara 6,63% sampai 15,46% dari Derajat Kejenuhan gabungan.

Abstract: The study was conducted at the Brigjen Ngurah Rai Bangli Road along 200 meters in the front of SMKN 1 Bangli and Bangli General Hospital. Scenario analysis conducted in four side friction is are combined side friction, side friction without influence SMKN 1 Bangli activity, side friction without influence activity Bangli General Hospital, and side friction without the effects of both activities. Analysis of the combined side friction at peak hours in the morning, roads are observed belong to the class of side friction Very High (VH), road capacity by 1689.90 pcu / h, the degree of saturation (DS) of 0.75. So from the analysis side friction without the influence of Bangli General Hospital activity, without the influence of SMKN 1 Bangli activity and without them, roads are classified in the class observed side friction between the High (H) and Low (L), capacity of road segments ranged from 1813.55 to 1999.03 pcu / h or by the effects of 7.32% to 18.29% of the combined capacity of the activity, degree of saturation (DS) ranging between 0.70 and 0.63 or the impact ranged from 6.63% to 15, 46% of the combined degree of saturation.
