Penerapan Arsitektur Regionalisme pada Bangunan Pengolahan Anggur

Abstract

Winemaking tourism is a tourist destination that makes processing grape into wine and grape seed oil the main attraction. There are some functions that are accommodated in the facility, first is the production function such as producing processed grape, recreation function as an accommodation for recreational activities such as watching the process of grape into wine and grape seed oil, enjoy processed grape, spa, and shopping, education function such as grape processing tour and mini-museum to increase knowledge about the history of the grape, documentary film, also how to process it, architecture function that has a function that emphasizes the characteristic of local architecture style in the physical form of the building. To fulfill that function, the application of regionalism architecture on designing winemaking tourist facilities in Buleleng. Regionalism architecture is an architecture that emphasizes disclosing characteristics of a region, the architecture of the winemaking tourism emphasizes the characteristic of Balinese architecture especially Buleleng District. There are also some emphases that are applied such as imitate the real form of local architecture, responsive to the climate in the Buleleng District, and applied symbols to increase the aesthetic value on winemaking  tourism in Buleleng.
