Abstrak

The phenomenon shows a low sense of employee loyalty in Warung Subak Antasura employees because they are dissatisfied with work because there is no certainty of career development for employees, especially during the Pandemic-19, so this study aims to analyze the influence of Job insecurity on job satisfaction and employee loyalty, then the influence of job satisfaction on employee loyalty and to analyze the role of job satisfaction in mediating the influence of Job insecurity.  to employee loyalty to Wr. Subak Antasura. The population in this study is all permanent employees who have worked for at least 1 year at Warung Subak Antasura with a total of 45 employees. The sample determination technique used is the saturated sample method. The number of samples used in this study was as many as 45 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. The results showed that Job insecurity has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, Job insecurity has no significant effect on employee loyalty, and job satisfaction can mediate the influence of Job insecurity on employee loyalty.
