PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI RSUD ANDI DJEMMA MASAMBA, KABUPATEN LUWU UTARA
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify and examine the effect of leadership style and motivation on employee performance at Andi Djemma Masamba Hospital, North Luwu Regency. The following conclusions can be formed based on research conducted on several variables tested, namely: First, on H1 it shows that the performance of Andi Djemma Masamba Hospital employees is significantly influenced by leadership style. Second, testing on H2 which shows that there is a significant influence of motivation on employee performance at Andi Djemma Masamba Hospital. The three tests are on H3 which means the leadership style and motivation of Andi Djemma Masamba Hospital have a simultaneous effect on employee performance. Leadership style and motivation proved to have a significant effect on employee performance, with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and an F value of 44.462 > F-table 3.03.
