Author Guideline
- The Journal is published twice a year, in February and August, by the Office for Research and Community Services of Udayana University-Bali (Indonesia).
- Submission is made electronically through the International Journal of ‘A Sustainable Global South’ (IJSGS)’s online link.
- Submission has not been submitted or considered to/for publication elsewhere (either in part or as a whole).
- Submission should be written in decipherable English of 6000-8000 words.
- When it is applicable, submission should be accompanied with a high-quality table/s, diagram/s, graph/s, photo/s, or other form of graphic materials.
- The submitted manuscript is a result of documentation of research activities; proposition of new ideas or theory/ies; depth reviews of an existing theory; implementation of theory/ies; experimental research; etc.
- Manuscript is composed in accordance with the following structure: Abstract, Introduction; Body of text; Acknowledgment (if there is any); and References.
- Submission for a book review is possible. This type of submission is composed as a maximum of 1000-words writing; accompanied with a scanned copy of the book cover and title; and at the time of submission being made, the book has not been published for more than five (5) years.
- Author/s is/are responsible in obtaining relevant permission/s for the inclusion of image/s, table/s and photographic resource/s in the article.
- A publication consent should be signed before publication.
- All submission will be screened for a similarity level using Turnitin software right before publication. The accepted level of similarity is either equal or lower than 18%.
- Communication in regard to the status of a submission will be done between the journal editorial body and the corresponding author.
- The corresponding author should clearly inform the Editor of the IJSGS of potential conflict that may take place as a result of publishing the submitted article.
