FRAMEWORK REBA UDAYANA SEBAGAI METODE ANALISIS RESIKO KERJA DINAMIS SECARA PREVENTIF MENGGUNAKAN SIMULASI KOMPUTER

Abstract

Posture yang salah dalam bekerja akan mengakibatkan resiko kecelakaan akibat kerja diantaranya MsD.  Posture kerja dapat dianalisis menggunakan Konsep Biomekanik.  Reba salah satu metode analisis Biomekanik meliputi seluruh bagian tubuh.  Reba Employee Worksheet Assessment digunakan untuk mendapatkan hasil analisis resiko kerja.  Untuk mempercepat analisis dan dapat dilakukan secara preventif diperlukan computer method in Biomechanics.  Pada analisis preventive membutuhkan simulator sehingga pekerja tidak terlibat langsung dalam pengujian stasiun kerja.  Framework Reba-Udayana adalah model analisis kerja dinamis yang dapat diterapkan secara preventif.  Menggunakan simulator Digital Human Modeling (DHM) Tecnomatix Jack ver. 9 dan software yang dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP.  Framework Laravel dan database MySQL Hasil analisis ditampilkan dalam bentuk grafik resiko kerja sebagai fungsi waktu sesuai perubahan posture selama bekerja. Optimasi dapat dilakukan dengan merubah posture simulasi dan atau stasiun kerja sampai diperoleh hasil yang optimal.  Validitas software diujiakn menggunakan metode black box analysis. Validasi software menunjukkan hasil sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.  Framework diujikan pada pekerjaan memindahkan 4 unit CPU dari rak inventory ke meja kerja. Hasil menunjukkan Framework Reba Udayana mendapatkan hasil analisis sesuai metode Reba.  Optimasi dapat dilakukan dengan cepat karena hanya merubah posture simullasi.  Framework Reba-Udayana dapat dilakukan secara preventif, sehingga pekerja terhindar dari  resiko kecelakaan akibat kerja.

Made Sudarma, universitas udayana

Prof. Dr. Ir. Made Sudarma, M.A.Sc., IPU. was born in Bangli in 1965. He received the Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from ITS Surabaya in 1992, a Masters from Ottawa University, Canada 2000.  and Doctorate in Ergonomics from Udayana University in 2012.

joined Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University, in 1993.

His research interests include ergonomics, HCI, Computer Science, DHM.

Rukmi Sari Hartati, universitas udayana

Prof. Ir. Rukmi Sari Hartati, MT. Ph.D    was born in Jombang in 1953. She received the Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from ITS in 1978, a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from ITB in 1995 and doctorate degree in Dalhousie University of Canada in 2002.

joined Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University, in 1984.

Her research interests include power systems, control systems, Renewable Energy, electrical engineering.  

Ida Bagus Alit Swamardika, universitas udayana

DR Ir. Ida Bagus Alit Swamardika,M.Erg, IPM  was born in Denpasar in 1966. He received the Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Udayana University in 1992, a Masters and Doctorate in Ergonomics from Udayana University in 2000 and 2012.

joined Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University, in 1994.

His research interests include ergonomics, control systems, HCI, Renewable Energy, electrical engineering.
