MOTIVASI KERJA MEMEDIASI PENGARUH STRES KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PT. BPD BALI CABANG RENON
Abstrak
Job satisfaction is an attitude and point of view of a worker in carrying out his work which is characterized by an emotional attitude, whether it is a positive or negative attitude towards the results of his work in the company. Employee job satisfaction is very beneficial for the company because it will improve organizational performance. This study aims to analyze the role of work motivation mediating the effect of job stress on job satisfaction of employees of PT.Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali Cabang Renon. The number of samples in this study were 92 respondents, with the method of determining saturated sampling. Collecting data through interviews and distributing questionnaires, the research instrument used is a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using path analysis techniques. The results showed that work stress had a negative and significant effect on work motivation. Job stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Work motivation has a partial role in mediating the effect of job stress on job satisfaction. Management of PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali Cabang Renon pays attention to job satisfaction and work motivation of its employees which can affect employee work stress
