PERAN KEPERCAYAAN MEMEDIASI KEMUDAHAN PENGGUNAAN DAN SECURITY TERHADAP NIAT MENGGUNAKAN BCA MOBILE BANKING
Abstrak
The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of trust in mediating ease of use and security on the intention to use BCA mobile banking for BCA bank customers in Denpasar City. The population used is all residents of Denpasar City who are BCA bank customers and the required sample size is 130 respondents, using a non-probability sampling method. Data collection obtained from distributing questionnaires then analyzed using path analysis and sobel test. The results of this study indicate that ease of use and security have a positive and significant effect on intention to use; ease of use and security have a positive and significant effect on trust; trust has a positive and significant effect on intention to use; trust mediates the effect of ease of use and security on intention to use. The theoretical implications of the results of this study provide evidence on the development of marketing management science and consumer behavior science regarding ease of use, security, trust and intention to use.
