Abstrak

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance, the influence of transformational leadership on work motivation, the influence of work motivation on employee performance and work motivation in mediating the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance. The location of the study conducted at Satriya Cottage Kuta with a total sample of 75 employees. The method for determining the samples was using saturated samples with the analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on work motivation, work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation was able to mediate transformational leadership on employee performance at Satriya Cottage Kuta.
