Abstrak

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work stress on job satisfaction, to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, to analyze the effect of work stress on organizational commitment to analyze job satisfaction in mediating the effect of work stress on commitment. This research was conducted at the UPT. Monument to the Struggle of the People of Bali. The number of samples used in this study is 49 employees, using the saturated sample method (census), which uses the entire population as a sample. Data analyzed using Path Analysis techniques. The results showed that work stress had a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction at the UPT. Monumen Perjuangan Rakyat Bali, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, work stress has a negative and significant effect on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction Mediates the Effects of Job Stress on Organizational Commitments on UPT. Monument to the Struggle of the People of Bali.
