Abstrak

Job satisfaction is positive attitude from the results of employee perceptions in completing the work itself to meet their needs. To achieve high job satisfaction, an organization needs to pay attention to the factors that influence job satisfaction so achieve the goals that have been desired by the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational climate, work motivation and transactional leadership on employee job satisfaction. The number of samples were 44 employees, with saturated sample method. Data collected by questionnaires and interviews. Multiple linear regression was used. Based on the results, organizational climate, work motivation and transactional leadership had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The Bli Bli Villas and Spa is expected to provide more freedom, provide direction, provide support and motivation and maintain better relationships within the company so that employees can increase employee job satisfaction.
