ANALISIS PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN TERHADAP STRUKTUR MODAL PADA PERUSAHAAN MAKANAN DAN MINUMAN DI BEI
Abstrak
This study was conducted to examine the influence of liquidity, profitability, firm size and corporate growth to capital structure of food and beverage companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2015. Population in this research are 18 food and beverage companies that have been and still are registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016. Sampling technique used Saturation Sampling is a sample determination technique when all members of the population used as a sample.Teknik data analysis used is to use multiple linear regression test. The results showed that Liquidity, Profitability and Company Size have negative and significant effect to Capital Structure. Corporate Growth Variables have positive and significant effect to Capital Structure. Simultaneously Liquidity, Profitability, Company Size Company Growth Influence on Capital Structure. The prediction ability of the four variables to the Capital Structure is 53.4% ??as indicated by the magnitude of adjusted R square of 0.534 while the remaining 46.4% is influenced by other factors not included in the research model.
