Influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment to turnover intention
Abstrak
Turnover intention is the intention of the employee to quit working from his job. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment to turnover intention Manis Gallery Mas Ubud on Employees. The population used in this research is all employees of Manis Gallery Mas Ubud which amounts to 54 employees, Method of determining the sample is done by saturated sampling method. Data collection was done through interview method and questionnaire. Analyzer used is doubled linear regression technique. The result of analysis shows that job satisfaction has positive and significant effect on turnover intention, it shows that the higher level of job satisfaction will reduce the turnover intention level. For organizational commitment variables have a positive and significant influence on turnover intention, this indicates that the higher level of organizational commitment will reduce the level of turnover intention. It is intended that employees have no thoughts regarding their desire to get out of the company.
