Transformational Leadership, Job Satisfaction And Organizational Commitment To Organizational Behavioral Behavior
Abstrak
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior in PT. Lila Buana Wisata. The number of samples used in this study were 34 respondents. The samples in this study using saturation sampling technique. The analysis technique used is Multiple Regression Analysis. Results of the analysis showed that transformational leadership has positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment influence positively and significantly related to organizational citizenship behavior, and this study also proved that transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment influence on organizational citizenship behavior in PT. Lila Buana Wisata.
