PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION DENGAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL SEBAGAI MEDIASI

Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention dengan komitmen organisasional sebagai mediasi (studi pada Karyawan Beachwalk Shopping Center). Riset ini menggunakan sampel sejumlah 78 karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam riset ini adalah metode survei dengan teknik kuesioner dan wawancara dengan alat analisis statistik inferensial Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis PLS. Hasil riset menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, komitmen organisasional bepengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dan komitmen organisasional memediasi pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention. Implikasi riset ini adalah membuktikan traditional turnover theory serta kaitannya dengan variabel penelitian. Riset ini juga menawarkan manfaat komitmen organisasional, pengelolaan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention.
