PENGATURAN PEMASANGAN SAFETY SIGN PADA USAHA PARIWISATA SEBAGAI UPAYA MENJAGA HAK ATAS RASA AMAN WISATAWAN
Abstract
Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji permasalahan tentang hak atas rasa aman bagi wisatawan ketika memakai jasa akomodasi perhotelan dan aturan hukum terkait pemasangan safety sign pada akomodasi perhotelan sebagai upaya menjaga hak atas rasa aman wisatawan. Permasalahan yang dianalisa adalah bagaimana pengaturan mengenai pemasangan safety sign dan bagaimana peranan usaha perhotelan terkait pemasangan safety sign dalam upaya melindungi Ham wisatawan. Jenis penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah penelitian hukum normative, dengan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan terkait pemasangan safety sign. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengaturan mengenai pemasangan safety sign khusus diatur dalam pasal 2 paragraph 6 Global Code Ethics for Tourism dan mengenai pemasangan safety sign oleh pengelola usaha pariwisata, khususnya usaha akomodasi perhotelan, di area-area yang berpotensi bahaya tersebut akan dapat meningkatkan kewaspadaan bagi para wisatawan dan menjaga hak dari wisatawan atas rasa aman dalam memenuhi kegiatan wisata mereka.
This article aims to study about the right to sense of security for tourists when they are using hotel’s accommodation services and legal rules regarding installation of safety sign at hotel’s accommodation to protect tourist’s right to sense of security . The problems to slove are what the provisions of the installation of safety sign and how the hotel’s management must act according to the installation of safety sign to protect the tourist’s right. This study is based on normative legal research and statute approach about safety sign. Then the conclusion of this study are the constitution which rules this installation safty sign is article 2 paragraph 6 Global Code Ethics for Tourism and about the installation of safety sign by tourism management, especially hotel’s accommodation business, in areas of potential danger will certainly increase the awareness of the tourists and protect tourist’s right to sense of security on their tourism activities.
