Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Mobile Travel-Link untuk Penyedia Jasa dan Seni Pendukung Pariwisata

This Travel-Link Mobile Application for Tourism Supporting Services and Arts is software that provides information services for tourists who are looking for service and art providers in the user's tourist destination. This application is designed as a forum for users to promote their services and arts and also users can search for service and art workers, especially in the tourism sector. To ensure that the designed application is suitable for use by end users, interface testing is carried out using the SUS (System Usability Scale) testing instrument. The results of testing the Travel-Link Mobile Application for Service Providers and Arts using the SUS test instrument showed a score of 71. With a score of 71, it can be stated that the Mobile Travel-Link application for Tourism Supporting Services and Arts is acceptable and can be a tool for people who provide services and arts in the tourism sector or are looking for service and art providers in tourist destinations. The addition of the category of service providers and tourism supporting arts can increase the value of respondents when filling out the SUS According to the questionnaire for non-tourism workers.

Author Biographies

Linawati Linawati, Udayana University

Prof. Linawati hold PhD majoring telecommunications engineering from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia in 2004.
She was an executive director of Global Development Learning Network (GDLN) for nine years, starting from 2006.
At that time she involved actively developing e-learning, m-learning, and distance learning in Udayana University in collaboration with higher education institutions in Indonesia and in Asia Pacific under the World Bank support.
She won many research funding and has been published in International Conferences, and Journals.
She chaired international conferences, many workshops, focus group discussions, seminars, and trainings which involved wide range of professionals with many backgrounds. Below are her responsibilities focusing in technology for humanity.

Gede Sukadarmika, Udayana University

Dr. Gede Sukadarmika received Bachelor in Telecommunication System Engineering at Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS) Surabaya in 1993. Then, the MSc in Networked Information Engineering he received at Sheffield Hallam University, Sheffield, UK in 2000. He was the secretary of The Electrical Engineering Department in Udayana University From 2004 to 2008. As the  head of the Unit of Computer Center in Udayana University 2009-2015. He is a lecturer in Department of Electrical Engineering in Udayana University, Bali, Indonesia 1995-now. Research Interest: Learning Technology, Telecommunication Network and Wireless Network. He is IEEE Member.
