Focus in Scope
JMHU is an open access, double-blind peer reviewed law journal based on the Open Journal System (OJS), with a publication frequency of four (4) times a year, in May, July, September and December, all articles published through a peer review process from the Editorial Board, a review process from a team of internal and external reviewers.
It was first published electronically as an Open Journal System (OJS) in 2012 under the management of the Master of Law Program (MLP), Universitas Udayana. Since 2017, MLP has been managed under the Faculty of Law, Universitas Udayana. Hence, JMHU also managed under the Faculty of Law, Universitas Udayana.
MHU focuses on recent developments of legal reform and development at local level, national, regional and global worldwide. The journal addresses issues on:
