Penerapan Algoritma Slope One dalam Collaborative Filtering Sebagai Sistem Rekomendasi Tempat Kost di Denpasar

Abstrak

Currently, especially among teenage girls, there is a strong trend towards skincare. This includes care for the face, hair, and body. Body care aims not only for appearance but also for skin health and moisture. There are many body care products available on the market, but choosing the right one according to individual needs and skin issues can be challenging due to varying product compositions. Technology is often used to search for information on body care products. However, the information found is often irrelevant or inaccurate. This research aims to assist by developing a body care product recommendation system using Collaborative Filtering method. This recommendation system is built utilizing semantic web technology, and the data will be mapped into an ontology format as the knowledge base. The ontology model will be constructed using the Methontology method, system development using the Prototyping method, and product recommendations offered using the Collaborative Filtering method. The testing phase consists of two stages: usability testing and testing using Mean Absolute Error (MAE). Usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method from the Acceptability, Grade Scale, and Adjective Rating perspectives obtained an average score of 82.344. The accuracy testing using Mean Absolute Error (MAE) resulted in a value of 0.3556, which implies that the accuracy level obtained is accurate, and the body care product recommendations are good because the closer the value is to 0, the more accurate and better the accuracy towards the given body care product recommendations.
