This research is a descriptive quantitative research that aims to determine the impact of service of user satisfaction at warmadewa university library. The independent variable in this research is library service and dependent variable is user satisfaction. The subject of this research is the user of Warmadewa university library. The study was conducted in May 2017. The population of this research were all users of Warmadewa library in May which totally to 706 users while the total of samples with error rate of 10% is 88 users. The techniques of collecting data were questionnaires distribution, literature study, and observation. The sampling technique used was Proportionate Random Sampling. The data which have been processed presented in table form. Measurement of variables used is Likert scale. Interpretation of data was done based on the large percentage of answers from respondents. To determine the effect of service to the library users satisfaction is used simple linear regression analysis, and using software program SPSS version 24. To test the hypothesis was done by T-test. The results of this research indicates that the quality of library service affect the user satisfaction, the better services which provided by librarian so the user's user satisfaction increases. The dimensions the well performance dimension of employees get the best score of the overall dimensions made on the questionnaire while user of the dimension know the new collection get the lowest score so this research suggestions to provide a new collection stack so the user knows the existence of the collection.
