In this study, the type of study is a descriptive using a qualitative approach. In conducting the study, there are two sources of data as a source of information that is the source of primary data and secondary data sources. Primary sources are sources of data obtained directly through interviews of the authors of the sources. Sources of primary data in this study were all Indonesian Hindu University Library staff. Secondary data sources are a source of data obtained from the data that is used as an ingredient in the study. Secondary data sources in this study are: (1) Archive (handbook library) (2) Documents (3) Logbook (4) And others. The population of this study is the head and employees of Indonesian Hindu University library. While the sample is three members of the Indonesian Hindu University library is located at Jalan Sangalangit, Tembau, Penatih, Denpasar, Bali. Technique of Collective Data is interview, observation, documentation. In this qualitative descriptive study is used serving technique informally.  Based on the analysis, we concluded the following results: Interest in reading Indonesian Hindu University students has increased with the efforts undertaken by librarians by providing collections of books appropriate departments, newspapers, and other collections. As a means of supporting education Indonesian Hindu University library already has a collection of fairly numerous and varied. Facilities and infrastructures as supporting the quality of the library and one that affects an increase in student interest in reading a facility Wi-Fi for internet access, computers and a reading area for students is good.
