Human Resource Management Library
(Case Study in the Indonesian Hindu University Library)
Research on human resource management, libraries are implemented in the University Library Hindu Indonesia, in April to May 2016. The aim is to understand the human resource management that includes application management functions such as planning, organizing, or implementation, and monitoring and any obstacles encountered in the management of human resources Indonesian Hindu University Library.
This research is descriptive qualitative approach. Informants in this study is the head and the Indonesian Hindu University Library staff. The object of this research is the management of human resources Indonesian Hindu University Library. The process of data collection is done by interview and observation.
Based on the results of research by the author, it appears that the management of human resources in Indonesia Hindu University Library is not optimal. In managing the human resources that exist, the library has not been fully implemented management functions that is good in terms of planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring. In addition, the management functions are not based on theories of management science, but based on the needs and experiences in the library. Human resource management Hindu University Library of Indonesia is closely linked to internal and external factors that have been outlined in the SWOT analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by the library.
