Evaluasi Layanan Sirkulasi Perpustakaan Pusat Universitas Warmadewa

Abstract

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this research is to determine the state of circulation services and the degree of user satisfaction of library circulation service of Warmadewa University library.

The population is all members of the Warmadewa University library, there are 312 members.This technique uses Slovin Formula with error tolerance is 5 %. The Technique of data collection uses in this research is observation method, questionnaire, and documentation. All the results are put in the table and then calculated with the formula P = F / N × 100%.

The results of this research are (1) the average of user satisfaction degree is 73.43%,(2) most of the collections of the Library are adequate, relevant, however 48,6% of respondents undecided if the collection of books in the library is up-to-dateand (3) most of the respondents agree that the total amount of the collection loan needs increase.
