Abstract

ABSTRACT

This final project entitled "Evaluation of User Satisfaction Of Service at The Public Library in Tabanan". Purpose of this study was to determine User Satisfaction Level Of Service at The Public Library in Tabanan.This research is a quantitative descriptive research. Population of this study are all members of the public library in Tabanan,which amounted to 207 members of the data member in 2013. Sampling was conducted by proportional stratified random sampling technique. The samples with the formula slovin, set a margin of error of 5% of the overall population. and obtained the sample of 136 people. Data were collected from questionnaires will be checked on the completeness of respondents to arrange them in the form of a table then the percentage is calculated by the formula P = f/N × 100% for the next at interpret. Average level of users satisfaction of the library is (74.2 %).
