HAMA DAN PENYAKIT PADA TANAMAN JERUK SERTA PENGENDALIANNYA

Abstrak

The majority of citrus farmers at Katung village , Kintamani district, Bangli regency was successful. But later , farmers worried because the citrus was attack by pest and disease especially a CVPD ( citrus vein of phloem degeneration ) disease and fruit flies. Hence, it needed counseling and training on the management of pest and disease in plants citrus. The purpose of this extention and this training to provide knowledge and skills to the local farmers about the dangers of pest, disease and their control includes: disease symptoms, factors affecting the development pest and disease , modes of the transmission of disease and their control. This training was attended by 50 participants from the local farmer groups in Katung village. This training guided by 5 ( five ) trainers derived from PS. Agroekoteknologi, Faculty of Agriculture Udayana University. The trainner explained the material by the use of power point and use specimens in the form of symptoms pest attacks and disease. Training was continued by the practice field for 60 minutes. Each participant was given the task of search for citrus plants infested by pests and disease and their control agents. The implementation of the training , farmers are very enthusiastic to follow counseling . It is proven from many the questions asked. To know the success of this activity, so carried out evaluation with charging questioner before and after the training.
